SmartPillTracker — Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SmartPillTracker account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. No email or support request required.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, all medication configurations, pill history, and device records will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Log in to your account if you are not already logged in.
Tap the Settings tab (last icon in the bottom navigation bar).
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account".
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm to permanently delete your account and all data.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion. No backups, no archives, no logs containing personally identifiable information are kept.
If you are unable to log in to the app to delete your account, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm deletion via email.
